A standard double garage takes around 2 days on site: day one for grinding, repairs and base coats; day two for flake and topcoat. You can walk on it after 24 hours and park on it after 72 hours.

Pricing depends on slab condition, size and the system you choose. As a guide, decorative flake garage floors typically start around $35–$45 per m², while commercial and metallic systems are quoted per project. Every Evo quote is fixed and written, no surprises.

Not when it’s done properly. Peeling is almost always a preparation failure, which is why we diamond-grind every slab. For UV exposure we finish with UV-stable polyurethane or polyaspartic topcoats that resist yellowing, and everything’s backed by our 7-year warranty.

Almost always, yes. Oil stains are degreased, cracks are routed and filled with structural repair mortar, and spalled areas are patched before coating. Severely damaged slabs may need a self-levelling build coat, we’ll assess it honestly at quote stage.
