A single garage flake epoxy floor starts from $1,800 and a double garage from $2,500, including the moisture check, diamond grinding, crack filling, primer, base coat, flake and sealer. A metallic epoxy floor in a double garage starts from $3,800, and concrete driveway sealing starts from $1,500. Commercial floors are quoted per project. Not when the preparation is done properly. Peeling is almost always a bond failure, which is why every slab is diamond ground before it is coated. Home floors are sealed with a UV stable polyurethane sealer and commercial floors with a polyaspartic sealer, both chosen to resist yellowing, and every floor carries our written 7-year product warranty.

Almost always, yes. Oil stains are degreased and ground out, cracks are cut and filled with a repair mortar, and spalled patches are made good before anything is coated. A badly damaged slab may need a levelling coat first, and we will say so at the quote.
